I don't know how they get into the country, but the FCC rule is only for
honest hams. You can find several places on the internet that sell
imported amps aimed at the CB market. The FCC amp ruling was just a
publicity move to appease the thousands of TVI complainants, instead of
enforcing the CB rules. Enough said.
