Hello Reed and Reflector users,

If you get an Orion, and you just have to have an RF heater (read Antenna
Tuner), then paying $300 for the factor unit is not the way to go in my
opinion. If you just have to have an Antenna Tuner, SGC is the way to go.
The SC-239 internal unit is $249 and once tuned automatically keeps the last
170 tuned frequencies in memory for instant match.

Of course this is advice and the opinion of a Ham that does not believe in
ATs. It is my believe that if you are not doing land or marine mobile on
multi-bands off a single whip, you have no need for an automatic antenna
coupler. There is no replacement for a properly tuned antenna. But if one
has to have an AT, SGC is one of the better ones.

73,

Keith
