[TenTec] Corsair II sidetone

Hi Gene,

I cannot say about the Century 22, but I used Tom
W1EAT's suggestion on the Corsair II and piggybacked
R45 (3.3k) with a 1K trim pot and ended up at 580 ohms
for my units. Tom was happy at 620 ohms fixed.
