[TenTec] 20m in Smoke Detector (was Local vs UTC)

Hee hee... I used to have that same problem, but it was more than just
20m...  it was on 80 and 160 too, but after I added some wire.
That's when the tuner stopped stopped catching on fire mid-QSO.   :-}
