Sri John, you're wrong.

I too have been using Ten-Tec (since 1974) and love it as much as
any other man or woman on this planet.

We have a point that is very important to some of the guys here
and totally unimportant to many (maybe most) others.
If it is not important to you, don't read the posts.
To those of us to whom it is important, we won't give it a rest
until it is settled to our satisfaction.
John, we ARE discussing something constructive - even if you do
not currently understand why.
Sorry, John, but at the end of the day, TEN-TEC will benefit from
this.

I have been using Ten-Tec rigs since 1975 when I started with a
Triton II.
That rig and all of my Ten-Tec rigs since then have been QSK. At
the time,
the competitors came out with a similar keying but none were QSK
like the
Ten-Tec. My Triton II had VOX and PTT for SSB. Is this
something "brand
new" after almost 30 years? Let's move onto something
constructive! We
have wasted enough bytes!!!

73,
John
