I am not familiar with the TT handmike, but I understand that the element
is the same as in the 705 desk mike. I have tried several ElectroVoice,
Shure and Astatic. Everyone tells me the 705 is the best sounding. I set
the Mic gain on the 4th dot and the Processor on the 4th dot and get great
audio reports. Just in case I have two 705's !! You cannot go wrong. I
