I don't believe it's going to be quite that easy.
The TopTen decoder either sinks or (with a simple mod)
sources 12 vdc to a particular output pin depending on
the input signal.  You need to confirm exactly what type
of band input the Yaesu amp requires.  I think it's looking
for a logic signal, in which case the band decoder won't
work directly.  See the decoder schematic at:
