The technical issues of proper lightning grounds are very well covered on the Polyphaser web site at: http://www.polyphaser.com/ppc_pen_home.asp Although I didn't see it listed, Polyphaser did, at one time, offer an excellent book on the subject of grounding methods. The cost was minimal, around $20.
