Orion's ADC chip has S/(N+D) specification of 84 dB minimum, 90 dB "typical".
This specification applies to manufacturer's test circuit only,
and one has to consider Orion's actual circuit.

Looks like that, which isn't very bad,
i.e. most other radios are even worse.
