I have finally gotten my Paragon II to talk to my computer. The key is that
it uses an Icom-765 interface (or an Omni 6 (not the +)) interface. TRX-Manager
works with it as does XMLog. You must enable CDE support with the II for 
TRX-Manager to work.

Also the II I have works fine on 60 meters!
