Running multiple dipoles from a single feed line is pretty well documented in 
most antenna handbooks. You dont need and dont want 4 separate feed lines 
going to the array.

No matter what your doing with a diploe/s you will want to install a 1:1 bal 
to unbal current balun at the feed point. The balun is available from Radio 
Works. Or, find an FT-240-61 toroid and wind it with about 12 turns of 
RG-58U-PE 
coax, 6 turns on one side and 6 turns on the other side. I am attaching a 
.jpg drawing for your use as to what the end product should look like when 
completed. The design is not mine.
