The CW keyboard keying works fine with windows 98 and windows ME.  Also, the
K1EL support I have added fixes CW keying for all OS's.

The frequency tuning with the pod with the pegasus and jupiter are perfect.
The Orion lags a little because the Orion microprocessor is so busy with
things, it cannot always keep up.

When tuning directly on the radio, I poll the radios every 2.5 seconds to
keep the program updated.  This causes a delay before the program display
matches the radio.  I cannot poll faster than this because it causes other
problems to poll too fast.  This is the cause of the Argonaut V delay when
tuning directly on the radio.

None of these delays are noticably caused by slow PC's or serial baud rates.
