I hear the same signals here at my location (near Berkeley, CA). Although very interesting they are really only small disturbances compared to some other 'garbage' that I am trying to trace out. Others here notice the same disturbances so they are not local just to me.

3.543 MHz High energy, short pulse width, static peaking here at S-7 or more at night with a total bandwidth of nearly 15 kHz. It is present in the daytime too but not as bad.

7.084 MHz (note the harmonic relationship). Same noise characteristics including intensity and bandwidth. Pretty much wipes out a lot of digital possibilities.

14,172 MHz (as above). Same as on other bands with slighly less intensity.

This is really nasty stuff. Noise blankers will knock it down somewhat.

Anyone else hear this of is it local to this area?
