If I remember, the instruction which you refer to are on the web page where you get the update from and they are included with the download file. What's the problem. I'm not a computer type and I had no trouble.

Marty, We had a problem with the TT Orion firmware
up-grade because it really was'nt SPECIFIC, and in
that it SHOULD have said that after downloading the
program to CLICK on your START button on your PC then
go to PROGRAMS, then find the UPDATE within the files
that were a part of that entire package on CLICK on
that!!! Since it was'nt explicitly explained to you
even in the MANUAL and I'm not a real PC to begin with
(though I'm learning) I had a helluva time until I
ASKED around!!!
