Well...no, I don't sit real close. But then again, its a 23 inch viewable
area flat screen LCD monitor. So its big enough for even an O.F. like me to
see ! :)
The LCD screen is nice too, because it is electrically quiet. Nice for not
interfering with the Radio.
Now that moderate sized LCD screens are so much superior to what they used
to be, and much much cheaper than they once were, I heartily recommend them
for Ham use.
Anyway...regardless....have fun and good DX.
