Hi, as owner of a number of classic TT rigs, the omni a/b/c does have 
a keying line for non qsk amplifiers....   there is a delay that can 
be adjusted, a trim pot....

this is vastly different than the T - voltage output at the accessory 
plug.....   that is used for QSK, with TT amps, I use the original 
Hercules 444....    that is the sequential voltage for control 
circuitry from tx to rx,  is not adjustable....    
you can even run the herc from the 540 and 544 by using the T 
voltage..
with the 540/544, of course, the band switch of the rig does not 
operate the bandswitching of the amp,   the Omni c does control that 
feature of the amp, not sure about the omni a/b
