The Lutron dimmers I have are not the expensive models. As I recall
they are "ordinary" and sell for just a few dollars. I'm sure the
commercial units must have some advantages but I can't see paying for
them, based on the RFI performance I have experienced from the less
expensive models.

I use only Lutron Centurion dimmers. They are commercial units which
cost
about $25~$33 each [depending on current rating and number of poles] but
I have
no noise at all from them. I have one on the light in the hall outside
my
shack and have never heard a whisper of noise from AM BCB to 10 meters.

High quality doesn't cost, it pays!
