G'day
I was tuning around on my Omni C last night - which has been working
beautifully - and the CW signals I was tuning in started to sound like
Russian Klub stations - with a pronounced chirp on them. If I wiggled the
PTO dial or tuned it rapidly off frequency and tuned it back, the signals
sometimes returned to a clean sharp note with no chirp.
Please can anyone tell me what is happening - and (even better) what is the
cure?
