I sent the O2 in for service on Friday last week. Sent it UPS 3 day select.
I received it back from Ten Tec today! Thursday, a six day turn around from
my door to my door. Wow! The work was done and the radio works like it
should.
I have never had such service from anyone in the HAM radio business before.
Also very helpful in resolving and talking me through my troubles, both on
the phone, through the email, and the mail.
I really need to recommend the service of Ten Tec people. They are very
good. Oh, and no holes in the box, and it was left in the shop, like the
UPS driver always does, because I asked him to.
