When you go FSK transmit and AFSK receive, you have to set the transmit
carrier shift to the same offset as the receive tone frequencies. I
don't know how that's set in the Paragon or even if its adjustable. I
have KAM and I think its listening fairly high, like 2125 and 2295 for
170 shift RTTY. Lots of computer types run 200 Hz instead of 170 Hz
shift because that comes from the 300 baud land line modem. I don't have
the operations manual for my KAM so I can't be sure about these things.
The connections and commands manuals make figuring it out more
difficult.
