Believe it or not, the "565 Manual" does not even attempt
to define how is the the TX mode established!
Therefore it cannot be a software bug, because there is no specification.
It's only specified that Orion can transmit in LSB, USB, CW, etc modes,
but the way of changing them is unspecified, and no behaviour can be
incorrect.
In essence, by obtaining the desired TX mode occasionally, I get
something I didn't have to pay for. My Orion sure makes me happy.
