Hi Hank I've heard of Astron power supplies that were not
RF grounded ( take cover off & take a look ) However it
sounds more like a power lead problem either at the
PS side or the plug that goes into the Orion. Sometimes
the connectors (esp. if they are crimped ) can come
come loose.  Power strips (Rigblaster ect.) can also
(according to John @ TT) cause problems. Do you
happen to have ,or can you make up a second set.
If so you might give it a try. Try taking pliers and tighting
up the DC plug that goes into the Orion since it does come loose over time.
You might make sure the fuse
did not come loose ( a real long shot ).
