Side tone note sounds OK here.  The scope indicated there is a slight
overshoot at start of note.  The trailing edge is sharp but do not hear
any abnormal sound .  Tried frequency from 500 to 1000 hz, tried gain from
very minimum to wide open, with and without earphones.  Also treid  Rx EQ
over the -20 to +20 dB range.  Wonder what the scope tells you .
