I haven't had to send anything back to TT for quite a while, but the last 
time I did, it was for my Titan 425 linear.  I sent it out UPS ground, which 
takes five days from CA.  After six days, I called just to see if it had 
arrived OK.  They told me it arrived, was already fixed and was running on a 
dummy load overnight, ready to ship back the next morning.  That's fast!
