My Paragon had that problem - its easy to fix by resoldering the PLL modules. I didn't find it necessary to pull all the parts off, etc... I just reflowed the solder and the problem hasn't been back since. Mine had a bad solder joint due to temperature variations that eventually allowed a part lead to pull loose from the solder blob on the PCB.
