Hi Jim - I have an Omni VI+ manual.

Baud rate is 19200.

If no one has those manual pages in file format so they can email them
to you,
I can copy them and mail them to you.  6 double sided pages describing
the computer interface.

I'm assuming the interface specs didn't change between VI and VI+.
