If you were to buy a Low Pass Filter I would get an Oak Bay or Bencher.  Still 
you do not need one.  Other problems exist.

I
bought a used filter from a swap fest/on line and it generated more RFI
than I had before.  It was arced over on the inside.  Do not know if I
did it or it came that way.

My old Drake TR7 and L7 combo when
into self oscillation when I added a certain Drake filter between the
output of the TR-7 and the input of the amp.  Go figure.  I had to
power down the XCVR to stop it from transmitting.  That radio did not
like an additional Low Pass filter on it.  I had to line to top cover of the LP 
filter on the TR-7 with aluminum foil as a fix.  Insufficient shielding I 
guess.  K0CQ is right on.
