Short the pins on the AC plug together with a suitable jumper and then 
attach same to your station ground.  TV RFI problem solved.

Most plasma radiation is through the screen from the very high voltage 
switching transients.  My experience with a plasma TV was solved when I 
replaced it with a LCD.
