Yes, of course you can still get "pin poppers"....otherwise known as pin insertion and removal tools. All the big suppliers sell them. You should have an assortment in the tool kit. They are available in a range of standard sizes and types.

If it's a MOLEX  connector, you can use a small screwdriver to bend
the tab that holds them in so they pop out the other end. You go in
from the "front" and they pop out the back. You can practice on the
disk drive connectors on an old PC power supply. At one time Radio
Shack sold a special tool for it, you put it around the pin and pushed
the plunger.

Maybe someone still sells them.
