You may got to the fcc.gov website and look for a form 605 which is a
general form for most licensing.
You will need a FRN (fcc registration number) if you have not renewed it
in some time. That should get you started. http:/wireless.fcc.gov/uls
will get you into the on line version for renewal.
I spent (wasted) a lot of time at their site looking for a GMRS license
which I knew nothing about and found it was not worth my $85! Got a new
toy for xmas and came with a GMRS/PRS radio.
