For regular sized pots, look for the RV4 types, for minatures look for 
RV6 types at Mouser and Digi-Key.

Cramolin makes a special cleaner for pots saying DeoxIT may soften the 
carbon layer. I've not used anything but DeoxIT though but so far I've 
been able to replace noisy pots.
