A little late comment, but I once had two dipoles on a single coax for
75/80 meters. One cut for mid-phone band,
and one for mid-CW band. The two were spread at about a 90 degree angle
to each other. Think of
a multi-band multi-element dipole on a single feedline, but on sub-bands
of 80 m. It worked well on
both parts of the band and just had a little SWR hump in the middle,
about 1.5/1 or so. Of course,
it took quite a bit of real-estate, and may have been more effective in
different directions on each
end of the band. John, K4AVX |
