You would have enjoyed the scene as he was demonstrating it...   I 
approached Bob and reminded him of a previous business engagement we 
were involved in... and as we were talking,  I talked normally to Bob, 
and he said his bit on a microphone over a PA to the crowd, talking in 
part to me, and in part to the audience, working in the demo as we had 
our (mostly) private or personal discussion.   It was... well... weird. 
   But the demo went swimmingly and was fairly persuasive.   Not sure, 
but I think it was one of the Pink PR-20 microphones...  yeah... pink 
with a gold head on it... ugly, but I guess the marketing guys don't 
care for my taste...

I will send you a photo taken by my friend from NM... and old, long term 
ham, who got a real kick out the whole silly scene.   Bob is good guy, 
but kinda crazy !
