Changes include:

V1.815
Modified RF POT and PBT POT to reduce false triggers/changes
Corrected TUNER ON/OFF recall of incorrect caps/inds setting

The first one reduces the amount of clock/data traffic by using a
little hysteresis
The second one resolves a problem that could cause a customer with a
tuner to get his tuner set improperly. Required a certain sequence of
buttons on the front panel to produce the error.
