I must strongly agree with Rick on data backup....
At this qth, we clone our hard drives to an external closure on a regular 
basis. I have done this for almost 10 years now, and it has saved our necks 
more than once!!
I also replace the hard drives in our pc's typically every year or year and 
a half....as cheap as new hard drives are, to my thinking there is simply no 
excuse not to do so.
