The issue with Win 7 64 bit seems to be the availability of device drivers.
If the product doesn't have device drivers accessible for installation due
to incorrect media format or lack of 64 bit drivers on the internet, you may
be out of luck. I've run across the problem with several legacy USB to
serial adapters since upgrading to WIN 7 64 bit OS.

I am using XP, however the package states that it does work with Win 7 and I
have just completed a pc with Win 7 so I will know soon. Pkg states - Win
7, Vista, XP, OSX.
