Hi guys,
I just received the most vile email I have ever seen and unfortunately
it came from a member of this list. It is written in German with a return
address of:
Dave U. Random [anonymous@anonymitaet-im-inter.net]
I don't read German but I understand enough that this person is one of
foulest mouth SOBs I have run into. I have known a lot of sailors and their
language would be OK in church compared to this low life imbecile. He does
not have the balls to identify himself and must hide behind an anonymous
name. I take it he is upset with me because I have been critical of Ten
Tec's handling of customer service. It will not persuade me from my
opinion. It will only make me re-double my efforts to get them to improve
when I think Ten-Tec needs improvement. I will continue to tell them here
and in person. I do go to Dayton and I do see them there and I do talk to
them. There are obvious groupies on this list who sleep, eat and will die a
Ten Tec groupie. For heaven's sake, they are a company who builds radios
not unlike other companies. Why must they be worshiped? I like Ten Tec
products but I don't worship them. I don't get down on bended knee and pray
to them nightly. I do talk to them about their products and how they might
improve them. Service is just one issue. Like I said yesterday, I hope Ten
Tec does well. However, I am afraid they headed in the wrong direction. I
want to turn them back toward the correct direction so that they will be
around for a long time.
