We I did some research and for the time of manufacture and the standards in
affect during those days, it appears that the supply is compliant in force
in those days.
As far as for today's RF Emissions Standards, one would have to add an input
filter to the supply.

I am still trying to figure out when this power supply was produced.
Basically I have found an EMI problem with this power supply. At an idle
(omni VI in receive mode) it is failing CISPR 22 Conducted RF Emissions by
30+ dB. I want to be fair and apply the correct measurement standard
30+ (year)
