I believe it is and its measured specs are outstanding, BUT its control 
software is new and not as good as FLEX.
I haven't followed it very closely because it doesn't have any knobs.

Isn't the ZS-1 direct sampling DDC/DUC?  If so, much better than the 3000.

Agree on the knobs though.  A computer application interface works for computer 
programs but I want a knobbed front panel for a radio.
