I will get back home on Feb 22 and I will test it out then to see if I can reproduce your results. But does this happen if you don't use the frequency scale slider and instead use the band buttons to change frequency.

Hi-
I have my older EAGLE connected to my Toshiba notebook (no serial
ports) with a USB cable and the COM (UART) is at com12. I get pretty good
communication between the computer and the EAGLE, but one problem persists.
The software misses the frequency of the EAGLE by 1.5MHz. Many times I have
set the frequency of the EAGLE to 10MHz and the software to 10MHz, and I have fine
tuned both to get the same pitch on both USB and LSB, I have set A=B to both
VFO’s, I have run the Calibrate routine. It all looks the same on the software
and the EAGLE.
As soon as I try to change the frequency of the software by sliding the
tuner dial the EAGLE jumps frequency by 1.5 MHz to 8.5MHz.
What is up with that? Any ideas?
