Update

I turned on the OII this morning and it hung on the initial screen that shows the firmware date time and version. I did a full reset and it came back up. I have ordered 2 new batteries part #M4T28-BR12SHH1, one for a spare.

It didn't take long for that small symptom to manifest itself into a larger one, just a three days..

Tnx for the suggestions.

I have noticed a small issue with my Orion II. It may be an indicator of a larger issue. When I set my side-tone to zero and power off the Orion II and cycle power back on the side-tone setting goes to 522, everything is normal. I can reset it to 0 and it stays there. This happens every time I cycle power.

I believe this a symptom of a flaky memory address. Does someone have some thoughts or seen this?

Tnx for the help
