Gang,

It’s been a long time but I’m sure I did. I don’t remember if it was required 
to do so or not.

I recall one OO and I traded letters back and forth (way before anyone invented 
email) about how to fix my home-brew transmitter.

That was well before this ‘Elmer’ thing (Which by the way, I can’t stand that 
phrase)
