I finally got around to the Argo 515.

PTO ws about as locked up as any I have ever seen. I had to press the balls out 
of the vernier by tapping on the main tuning shaft to force the balls out of 
their nests, they were so hardened in.

Nonetheless, three hours later the PTO is working like new.
