Yes. Looks like I'm going to have to set the Jupiter on the shelf and
put my other TR7 back on the bench...

I tried DeOxit on the connectors and I've resoldered practically all
of the vias on the RF board along with all other connections on both
the RF board and filter board. The Jupiter just doesn't seem like
it's as sensitive as my TR7. I can hear stations on the TR7 and all I
hear on the Jupiter is noise. I'm beginning to wonder if it might be
an AGC problem. Anyone here know what the voltage should be on the
AGC pin on the connector which connects the RF board and DSP board?
With no signal and an S9+20 signal, RF gain 100%, I have .57 volts on
the AGC pin. With the RF gain at 0%, I have 1.57 volts on the AGC
pin. From about 30% to 100% RF gain, the voltage stays at .57 volts.

For any intermittent in any radio brand/ model, the first thing for
you to do is the following:
One by one unplug and replug in carefully all jumper cables, flat
cables, etc. on the rig boards. IF any show obvious corrosion you
will need to procure some DeOxit contact cleaner and apply as per
instructions. This was carried by some Radio Shack stores, and hifi
stores or ON Line.
If there are band switches with movable brass silver contacts you
need to place a drop of De-Oxit on each contact area, and rotate the
switch back and forth.
Usually the above will solve these type of problems. If not,
examine all solder joints for correctness of solder melting, shiny
appearance, wetting, etc.
Examine any antenna contact jacks with spring loaded fingers to grip
the matching connectors.
TT uses a crimp on miniature coaxial connector that could work loose
over time, check those.
