The last release of firmware is V2.3 or 2.003. The update application,
along with instructions, and drivers if needed can be found on the Eagle
site at Groups.IO. https://groups.io/g/TenTecEagle
Look in the FILES section for:

If your radio has Version 1 firmware, i.e. V1.829 or earlier you should
update the V2 being V2.3. Also it may be necessary to update the
drivers in your computer if you are running Windows 8.0 or 8.1 or
Windows 10.
