The Centurion has "hot switching " sensing.  Take the Key line from the Corsair 
II  to the PTT on the amp.  Should be OK.  If the Corsair does not have 
adequate delay then the amp won't switch. 

The other way is to provide a means to key the amp at the TX EN (foot switch) 
and use TX OUT to switch the radio into transmit.
