TJ1GB -           CAMEROON - Bob was on 7005 yesterday around 04:30Z.
                  Today he showed up on 3788 around 04:15Z and moved
                  to 1825 at 04:30.  He was listening up for US and 
                  Europe.  He had to go QRT at 05:00Z due to the 
                  electricity being turned off.  QSL via K6SLO.

Bob had a good signal here last evening around 0430 UTC.  I gave him
499 due to the S9++ QRN from a local lightning storm.  He was on
1824.6 listening up 1, sending about 30 WPM (too fast for QRN here!)
