The following ran in The Daily DX on 18 February.
TJ1GB - CAMEROON - Bob was on 7005 yesterday around 04:30Z.
Today he showed up on 3788 around 04:15Z and moved
to 1825 at 04:30. He was listening up for US and
Europe. He had to go QRT at 05:00Z due to the
electricity being turned off. QSL via K6SLO.
I was listening to him on 3788 and he was saying that he loses
power/electricity around 05:00Z. I do not know if this is everyday or
just that one day. I would guess that it is everyday and it may be an
approximate time.
