Joe (and all), KD0FW, Mike, builds a coil and adds the tophat wires for a kit of this antenna. Just add a Rohn 50' slipup mast and you have a really good 42' 160/80 antenna. Jerry, W0WG (ex: NX0I) phased a pair of them and worked DXCC plus on Topband. Mike can be reached at kd0fw@blitz-it.net This antenna got AE9B hooked on Topband last season with him working EU from the Kansas City area more than once and there are no switches. 73, Lee, K0LW mailto:lee@crcltd.com |
