Zone 23. Central Zone of Asia: JT (Mongolia), UA0Y, BY3G-L 
(NeiMenggu), BY9G-L (GanSu), BY9M-R (NingXia), BY9S-Z (QingHai) and BY0.

         I believe the only z23 station recently active is UA0YAY (no 
UA9s are in z23).  K4ZW may have some comments about JT1CO.
